    Earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Tokyo, then joined ITOCHU Corporation in 2004.
    Gained experience in trading operations, corporate investments, and portfolio management before relocating to China.
    Seconded to a private-equity arm in China, where responsibilities included executing PE investments; subsequently helped establish joint ventures with local partners, launch new businesses, and enter financial‐services initiatives.
    Later launched an internal FinTech business that was spun off as a subsidiary and served as its president.
    Appointed Director of Sourcing Brothers in 2025.

    Worked in the Listing Examination Department, where he was involved in listing reviews for over 60 companies, and contributed to the launch of the Mothers market in 1999.
    Later served as Director and Head of Administration at an AI venture company.
    Joined SBI Securities in 2010, where he supported multiple startup IPOs as part of the Equity Underwriting Department.
    Currently serves as Executive Officer and Head of the Venture Growth Promotion Department, supporting listings on the TOKYO PRO Market.
    Appointed Director of Sourcing Brothers in 2023.
